  Spotlight on Education
Our completed education experience now sits at a staggering £635m of first- class award-winning facilities. We have delivered 49 educational facilities, with all this knowledge kept in the hub South West team. This is one of the reasons that hub was created in the first place; to not reinvent the wheel but learn, continually improve and strive for excellence.
The education projects that we’ve delivered since issue of our last annual report include:
£15m Jackton Primary School for South Lanarkshire Council
£25m Riverbank Community Hub for North Lanarkshire Council
£60m Maybole Community Campus for South Ayrshire Council
£20m Newmains & St Brigid’s Community Hub for North Lanarkshire Council
We’re not sitting back though. After handing over £100 million of education projects in 2023 and as part of our continuous improvement model, we held
a forum with our construction partners to identify what
went well and areas of focus
and improvement for moving forward. This put the spotlight on the challenges we are facing in the industry currently with many of the supply chain working a 4-day week and
issues with labour availability. Our forum focused on forward motion and how we can best manage the current supply chain marketplace and availability of labour.
