   Build Lanarkshire SME Engagement Programme
   A Year in Review
The year 2022/23 has been an exciting year for the team at hub South West. We have delivered a significant amount of education and housing projects and delivered a range of community regeneration projects clearly demonstrating our ability to undertake work in this market.
We have very clearly addressed the main priorities
of our clients. This includes helping to meet net zero obligations, dealing with the housing crisis, managing market volatility and putting a strong focus on building regional economies with a specific focus on creating employment, creating skills opportunities and recirculating project spend.
hub South West has continued to drive our quality initiative and invest in continuous improvements, learning from everything we do and striving for excellence.
The contractor refresh process enabled us to educate our construction partners and wider design and professional services teams on what hub South West stands for and our collective strategic direction.
Creating a platform for innovation, education and collaboration through our forums has also been a significant milestone in our long-term partnership model.
Scottish Enterprise and South of Scotland Enterprise have also joined as participants, and this shows a further statement of intent on what we can offer in the community regeneration market.
We were particularly proud to achieve so many awards over the past year and this is testament to the hard work of our participants and end users in creating first class facilities across the South West of Scotland.
