         We have a strong focus on delivery and have achieved £857 million of projects to date. We are very focused on providing a quality product and investing in a robust continuous improvement model that gains lessons learnt at all stages of the project lifecycle.
Our Chief Executive Michael Ross is responsible for quality management and ensuring these lessons learnt are communicated effectively. At the recent construction partner refresh, the importance of quality was emphasised to our construction partners, not only in terms of the construction phase but also aftercare. We have also shaped our questions when tendering projects as to place a significant onus on quality assurance and design/construction quality processes.
Our dedicated Quality Forum meets regularly. The last forum was attended by more than 50 individuals from our construction partners, design teams and professional service providers. All lessons learnt and any accident flash reports are discussed, and we explore what the biggest issues impacting our ability to achieve quality on our projects are and how we can better develop the supply chain.
We have an established hub South West approach to quality management that is reviewed at these forums and updated with innovation and lessons learnt.
We have installed and expect a culture from our construction partners, design teams and consultants of collaboration and continuous improvement.
