The  fourth of four new housing projects being developed in partnership with North Ayrshire Council has been agreed.  A £12.4m contract has been signed with GRAHAM Construction to develop the St. Michaels Wynd Communtiy of 79 new homes in Kilwinning. 

_{The bespoke project, designed by Norr Architects, is described as having been developed with a focus on residents’ wellbeing with the creation of open space and safe streets supporting a community of energy efficient sheltered housing, wheelchair liveable and supported living homes.}
